The Open Mat The FFL Dojo, open to try
What is this?
By invitation

Learn anything. Or work out what to build. Then prove it.

Bring a skill you want to get better at, and an AI coach talks you through the real task on your own screen — then a second AI, which did none of the coaching, grades what it actually saw, point by point. Or bring a real business problem instead and step into Nextshape: a workshop where Aki Antman's digital twin argues with you, every claim is looked up as it's made, and you leave in half an hour with a decision somebody owns. No quiz, no multiple choice. Try both here.

Open to invited organisations. Enter your work email and we will send you a six-digit code — there is no password to create.

Six digits, valid for five minutes. If more than one code has arrived, use the newest.

Ask for access

Six things about you, and we will open the Dojo for your organisation. A person reads every one of these — we answer within one working day.

We use these six answers to decide who to open the demo for, and to reply to you. Nothing else, and nobody else.

Thank you

Your request is with us and a person will read it. We come back to you within one working day, at the address you gave us.

While you wait, the replay below shows a whole judged session end to end — that is the thing you are asking to try.

Three things that make it different

The judge, on a 5-slide deck:
✓Each slide makes one point
✓Every number names its source
✕The last slide says what happens next

An independent judge

Not a quiz. You do the real task on your own screen, and a second AI — one that did none of the coaching — grades it against points that were fixed before you started. For each point it shows you what it saw. Think it got one wrong? You get one appeal, and it looks again from scratch.

Belts you have to keep

You earn a belt by proving a skill, and it does not last forever. Each one comes with a date by which it needs defending — one short task at your own level, not the whole course again. Higher belts stand longer, because they were harder to earn.

A credential that stays true

Pass, and you get a Proof of Practice: a link you can send to anyone. Every time somebody opens it, it answers for that day — current, lapsing or lapsed. A printed certificate only ever tells you about the day it was printed.

What this is, and what the FFL Dojo is · The FFL Dojo product page · Privacy · Terms

This is a demonstration. What you do here runs on a system of its own, with no connection to your organisation's Microsoft 365 or to any customer's, and anything it issues is marked DEMO — a record of practice, not a formal certification.

We keep the address you sign in with and the six answers on the access form — enough to decide on your request and write back, and nothing beyond that. We sell none of it, pass none of it on, and delete the lot the day you ask.

The short version What this is

The FFL Dojo

A tool for learning a skill and then proving you have it. You tell it what you want to get better at. An AI coach walks you through the real task — in your own Word, your own Excel, your own Copilot, on your own screen — and then a second AI, which did none of the coaching, grades what you actually produced against points that were written down before you started. It shows you what it saw for each point, and if you think it got one wrong you can ask it to look again.

Pass, and you earn a belt in that skill and a Proof of Practice: a link you can send to your manager or a customer. It is not a certificate of attendance. Nobody earns one for watching a video.

This site

This is a demonstration of that tool, running on a system of its own. It is not connected to your organisation's Microsoft 365 and it cannot see any of your work, your files or your mail. It holds a small hand-picked set of exercises rather than the full library, so that everything you press here works well in front of somebody.

Anything you earn here is marked DEMO. It is a record of practice and not a formal certification — the real thing, in your own tenant, is what issues those.

What it can see of yours

Nothing. If you sign in with Microsoft, this app asks for three things — that you are signed in, your name, and your email address — and nothing else. No mail, no files, no calendar, no directory, no Teams. Microsoft shows you that list before you approve it, so you do not have to take our word for it. The email door asks for even less: a six-digit code, and no password to create.

Getting in

The demo is open by invitation, one organisation at a time, so that everybody who is here gets a good session. Ask for access on the form and a person — not a queue — reads it and answers within one working day. If your organisation is already in, sign in with your work email and you are through in about a minute.

Costs you nothing, commits you to nothing, and you can ask us to delete everything we hold about you whenever you like.

Scripted replay A judged mission, end to end — Copilot in Word
Mission 3 of 5 Compare two versions and explain the difference
Nothing is shared yet. The judge only ever sees what the learner shows it.
Proposal — Meridian Rail, station fit-out
VERSION 3 · sent 14 March
VERSION 4 · returned 2 April
Judged against the sealed bar 4b2f·9ac1

That was a replay.

Nothing here was recorded from anybody's session — the learner, the document and the customer are invented. The judge, the criteria and the proof are the real product; this is one scripted example of one mission.
